Qong is an amazing general purpose microprocessor CPU board powered by the Freescale ARM1136 i.MX31C CPU. Its compact form factor, reliability and low power consumption make it suitable for embedded applications both in Linux and Windows CE environments.
QONG is specifically conceived for the industrial world, since it embeds the C version of the i.MX31 CPU, which is specifically designed to work in the extended temperature range (-40°C/+85°C). Nevertheless, the performance and the high versatility of the i.MX31C, combined with the powerful
FPGA on board, make this CPU module perfect also for custom applications. The complete list of the available FPGA IP cores is reported

Qong features can be evaluated through the development kits, which are now available with the new
QongEVB host board.

Qong Profiles
Qong modules come with all essential features needed in order to
quickly setup a customized system based on this processor.
To simplify the CPU module configuration, we propose three standard profiles (Industrial1, Industrial2 and Kiosk): they are three basic configurations which provide some interfaces and hide other interfaces, acting on the multiplexing capabilities of the processor. Profiles must be intended as different software configurations of the available hardware interfaces. Profiles are guidelines for three standard configurations: since they are related to software, they can be modified if the customer has some specific requirements.

QongEVB-LiteThe QongEVB-Lite is an evaluation board which allow to quickly start working on a Qong system:
The Qong EVB-Lite is built around the Qong module, adding real-world, edge-of-board connectors for the most common I/O interfaces and offers 256MB DDR RAM and 128MB each of NOR and NAND flash.
Specific EVB-Lite I/O includes:
